What is the difference between Vitality and Signature?

Vitality is for patients who want guided wellness — hormone support, body composition tracking, and a measurable plan. Signature combines everything in Foundation and Vitality for our highest-touch care experience.

Do memberships include labs?

Labs, medications, imaging, procedures, and outside services may be billed separately unless specifically stated in your membership agreement.
